PRODUCTS
- Q - Do the trophies come ready for the awards day?
- A - Yes all trophies are ready for the big day. If there are any spelling errors contact us so we can have a new nameplate out to you ASAP.
- Q - What do I do if a trophy is damaged?
- A - If the trophy is damaged contact us. We will have a spare one ready to go. Send us a photo of the damaged goods and we will send another one out.
- Q - Can I change the figurine on the top of the trophy to a different sport?
- A - Yes you can make a change to the top of the trophy just buy the base that you like and then tell us the ID number of the top of the trophy you like or look in Other Sports.
- Q - Do you have any different sports to choose from?
- A - Yes we do have other sports to choose from eg archery, cycling, boxing, chess, diving, fishing, skiing, shooting, surfing, weightlifting and others. We also can do animals eg cows, birds, horses. Please contact us to ask about any other trophy that you would like to make to suit your event.
ENGRAVING
- Q - What should I have on the nameplate?
- A - You can put want ever you like on the nameplate that suits your event eg a sporting club may have club name then the team name and then person’s name that would be enough information.
- Q – I have ordered several trophies. Can I send my club engraving list separately?
- A – Yes. Just send your engraving list to the above email address after checkout. Don’t forget to quote your order number.
- Q - How much engraving can I have?
- A - If you are buying a standard trophy, three lines of text is best but we can do four lines if you need it.
- Q - Can you put logos on the nameplate?
- A – Yes we can, but, only on trophies with larger nameplates. There is no charge for your your logo to be used. You can email your logo to us and we will let you know if it is suitable for the engraving plate. Just send your logo to engraving@discounttrophies.com.au and quote your order number.
- Q - What sort of nameplates are there?
- A - Every trophy comes with a high quality engraving plate with text printed in black unless specified otherwise.

ORDER INFORMATION
- Q - What payment types are there?
- A - We accept direct debit, Visa & Mastercard (through the Australian company called Pay Mate) and cheques. Please Note: If paying by cheque, your order will not be started until the cheque has been cleared.
- Q - Can I make a change to the order after placing it?
- A - Yes you can. Just contact us as soon as possible with the change that you would like to make.
- Q - How long after placing the order, how long will it take to receive it?
- A - It will take about ten working days after the funds have cleared. If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow extra time as you need to post it and then five days it to clear.
- Q - What is the minimum amount I can order?
- A - There is no minimum order. You will still get a discount on one item.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Q - What is the delivery cost?
- A - The cost is a flat rate Australia wide. It will be added to the total price as a separate cost when checking out.
- Q - Who will be delivering the product?
- A - We use Australia Post registered post service and Couriers Please courier service. All deliveries will have an ID number for tracking the parcels which we will email to you once it has been sent.
- Q - Where should I get it delivered to?
- A - The best place to have it sent to is your day time address it maybe home, work, school or club.
- Q - Can it be delivered outside of Australia?
- A - Yes we can do it just contact us. We can calculate the extra cost to send it to you.
- Q - How long does it take to get it delivered?
- A – Capital cities and large regional centres will take 1 – 3 days to arrive once it has been shipped. It can take up to five working days to arrive once it has been shipped for remote and regional areas.
